I've been with Genesis10 for a few years now. I came in new to the staffing industry from corporate so I had A LOT to learn!!! My manager has been an excellent mentor for me and has provided all of the means necessary for me to grow and be successful.

We all come from different backgrounds yet we all seem to get along so well. Our team is the best

We have a very diverse culture. People from all different types of backgrounds, ethnicity, religious views etc. Great group of people.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Manager really acknowledges my success and gives me the feeling that she is proud of me. This makes me want to work harder towards my goals

I get the opportunity to help others and to make a difference in their lives by offering them a means of living and at times I help them land their dream job!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, however I was brought onboard as a Sr. Recruiter and only currently making 45k. I would prefer to at least be at 50k annually as a Sr. Recruiter
