How encouraging and supportive the manager is. How well we work together and collaborate on various projects. We are truly about the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but I feel under paid. I took a pay cut to come here. The reason I took a pay cut was because they said I was at the max from a salary. There are companies that pay more.
