It is base plus comm role. It is my understanding that the base salary is fixed.

Our leadership team is excellent as they are always creating new ways for us,as salespeople, to be successful.

The company offers a flexible work environment where you can work remotely with occasional visits to the office.

The leadership team is amazing. They are constantly assessing the market, our clients needs and creating thoughtful programs that can best serve them. I feel like the executive team is concerned about our client relationships as well as the success of its employees.
