I do not feel undervalued. I feel very valued within genesis10.

Everyone generally cares about us as a person and doesn't look at us like an employee.

They are there for us. They do not micromanage and they understand the importance of a good life/work balance.

Trust. They treat us like adults, we are rarely micromanaged and only as needed and they treat us with respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We respect one another. We value each other. And I look forward to coming into the office everyday to work with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Have a base salary plus commission allows you to strive and want to make more money. But, it's comforting to know that there is a base as well.
