My pay and available amount of PTO.
Plenty of PTO/Sick time to use throughout the year.
They are trying to be transparent in how the company is doing.
They seem to make decisions that are good for the company's future.
We communicate effectively and can seem to work together to get things done.
Working from home and laid back. There is great trust within the team.
We work well together. We are all willing to support/help when someone needs it.
The ability to work from home. I feel like my opinion is wanted and heard.
Teamwork - we tackle things together as much as we can. We communication when issues arise.
The different things I do every day. I feel like I haven't stopped learning since starting here which is huge for me professionally.
the bonuses are good and the amount of PTO I have available every year seems to be more than enough. It allows me good work-life balance.
Getting good feedback. Catching up/chatting with the team before meetings start. Knowing I can be home with my child if she is sick or in the summer.
We work well together. There is a broad wealth of knowledge amongst all of us. We are willing and able to work on something if someone else can't.
The ability to work from home. Everyone I interact with voices their appreciation for the work me and my team does. That creates a positive environment for me.
All the different hats I get to wear. I am rarely bored and I tend to learn something new fairly often. I've never had that with a past job/company.
We support each other. We communicate fairly well with each other. We all understand our role/team is an asset to the company no matter what. We are proud of the work we do.
How people uplift each other on company calls. Seeing new diverse employees. When other parts of the company collaborate with each other. It's starting to happen in certain areas but not everyone does it which is really weird to me.
exceptional work-life balance. I never feel guilt if something comes up and I need to quickly do something. I know I put 100% in during my workday and I earned the trust and responsibility that comes with having a healthy work-life balance.
I feel I do a lot of work that isn't always recognized, especially by leadership. Their focus is mainly recruiting/sales which makes the money for the company, but those people wouldn't be able to represent our company well without the supporting role I am in.
LOVE working from home. There is a good sense of work-life balance. People are always willing to talk through projects/tasks and work through situations and strategies. I also think the fun things we try and do in virtual meetings have a positive impact on culture/environment.
I don't feel undervalued with my immediate team. They actually tell me how much I am valued which makes me feel like more compensation is deserved. I am part of shared services and we aren't outwardly told our value as much as sales/recruiting. Most of the top performers utilize me and my team.
