I work with the MSP team and I've never encountered such a smart and business savvy group of tech staffing and services professionals in my career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager capitalizes on our strengths, She doesn't just keep us in silos and say "Go." She assesses how we can best help the company meet its goals, and then gives us the opportunity to do that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing about my environment is my Manager. As noted already, she's outside the box. Most Managers don't want to think too hard and they don't want their people to think too hard. My Manager is always thinking and it's why she and those around her are successful.
