What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have direct access to the president and CEO as needed and get quick responses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very professional and we have a very collaborative approach to growing the Dev10 program
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Creating additional services to our mix to continuously improve our ability to be a strong partner to our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we should have a 401K match from Genesis10 and that the base salaries should be increased to meet the market. We are very out of date in this area.
