Collaborative group with many who I see as people I trust, can learn from, etc.

They care about their employees as people first and workers second. They value work-life balance and family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The owner, executives, manager, and workers all care about each other and are willing to support each other through busy, slow, good, bad, etc.
