Changing peoples lives by placing them in positions that allow them to grow

They value all of us as human beings, not machines, and understand that things happen in life where you need to step away. Very empathetic and caring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The supplement is the best part of the compensation because it allows you time to ramp up and make placements without being strapped on just the base salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Staring a position virtually is very different and hard to build relationships but we are constantly on meetings with one another and everyone is truly invested in knowing each other even if we are spread all over the country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is the most supportive team I have ever worked with. I say 'with' very strongly as they never make you feel as though they have more power than you. They have our best interests in mind day in and day out while still pushing us to be the best we can be at our jobs.
