My direct manager is smart, innovative and very transparent with our team. I really appreciate that.

Very supportive of each other, and they have strong industry knowledge. We have a very collaborative team.

Everyone is very collaborative and helpful. Everyone is open to stepping up and helping however they can.

My team is supportive, helpful and overall rock stars! I learn from them and they help when I have questions.

Everyone on the team is ready to jump in and help however they can! No request is too small.

Some sort of 401K match or equity in the company. For sales a base that is better matched to the market.

Base pay is below market, there is no 401K match, and health benefits could be better (they are not bad, but could be better)

What makes you most happy at work?

Being busy, interacting with my co-workers and clients to make both of us successful. Witnessing the creative ways that we are solving client issues that makes both us and our clients successful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Adding a match to the 401K or some sort of profit sharing. For a company this size it is quite ridiculous that one of these two items is not in place.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture and environment is very interactive and supportive. Everyone lifts everyone else up and wants to see you succeed - and will help you succeed. I can call the President/CEO even if I want.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no 401K match nor any profit sharing which is disappointing for a company of this size. Base pay is below industry standard for commissioned roles, however the commission structure is consistent with the market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For commission-based roles, the base salary is substantially below the market & has not been increased in over a decade, some cost of living increases to get closer to market value would be appreciated. Commission plan is solid & within market rates, so compensation isn't completely out of the norm.
