Onboarding & training program can be improved. There's just "meet & greets", rather than structured training. Overall, the team has been very involved and supportive. Many great program offerings for clients, need to create more brand awareness in the marketplace.

Genesis10 has not been very active in this market for many years with the exception of Northwestern Mutual. Rebuilds take some time as we to rebuild the team, market, and regain client trust on our delivery and service levels.
