What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork and work / life balance! I think Gen10 is very supportive of individuals needs and family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Winning a deal - closing a deal or getting a new client. Working with my team mates to achieve goals!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My bonus potential is the best part about my compensation. I feel like my direct manager values me. I wish the benefits cost less.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Several of my coworkers are great! My direct manager is easy to work with and cares about the team! One team member in particular is a great collaborator and helps make the everyone on the team successful!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am relatively new so I don't have a lot to go on right now. I think that we can do more as far as goals and how to get there. My team is really good and I like my direct leadership. I hope to learn more about the company overall as time progresses.
