I love how leadership pays attention to me. It's not just about work, but leaders are actually interested in me and who I am.
A higher base - right now the market is tough for finding consultants and this hurts both recruiters and sales. Plus, we are really down on recruiters.. and this has people looking tbh. A higher base would help retain many people who are getting stuck.
Leaders do what they can do frame negative situations in a positive way. This is important because our industry has a fair amount of let downs. Yes we cant win everything.. but if we are positive, we can focus on what we did well when the wins come.
