Abusive management. Low morale. Make people feel like a team instead of punishing them for showing up
Tell others don't feel like they have to stay here. They can thrive elsewhere even though it is scary at first, but it starts with a first step. this is a revolving door. A company should treat you like they want you to stay there.
Better pay for people with more challenging jobs.
The company lies about low prices and excellent quality. The company nitpicks Curbside. Curbside should be rated on Product quality, Order Filled on time, and customer communication.
The price gouging is the main culprit.
there is an embedded cancer in upper management, they only promote each other a group of about 5-7 people

Invest in your employees and they will invest in your company. Give us a reason to love this place again and we'll give you the entire world. It's hard to be enthusiastic when you're shortstaffed, underpaid, underappreciated, and customers can really see that.
They say that upward movement is a benefit from working there but I have not seen any evidence of such. They don't hire existing employees to be team leaders or managers, thise are outside people. I know so many experiencef people that have worked there for 5+ years, and only earn $1 more than most.
