Dealing with people and heading off problems before they become problems
Almost everything but mainly showing respect
Listen to your team members' concerns and take the steps to address them. This is what happens when you outsource jobs!
Talking to workers about problems
Actually Working instead of disappearing all shift
have not had a raise since I got here 2 years ago
Barely paid enough for bills, "benefits" end up costing more than just working less hours and getting state insurance, and they pressure employees to come in when they are sick.
A better organization to work for
I would like to be paid what I am worth, my experience should count, and people with riskier jobs should have a little incentive to do their job
I'm full time grocery clerk. I only get medical- not dental and eye care like other full timers do. I also only get part time contributions to my pension. I want the benefits that all full timers get. I also and only making 14 dollars an hour being at giant eagle 17 years. New hires almost make same

Show up the calling off is through the roof make people accountable
Coworkers are great. They just kiss up to the leader who then talks bad about every one of them.
Have more staff in stores and less suits handing us conflicting tasks.
When you clock in you don't go sit in the grocery office with your grocery manager for a half hour after your start to have coffee breakfast and discuss what's going on for lunch

They all need to be trained better and be able to do everything everyone else can do It's not fair thsts some can do it all but some just get trained to do one thing
Liz Benny is horrible at her job . She is aware of the bullying and crazy drug usage in the building and does nothing . Several team members have gone to her about the cooridinater of the 4 pm afternoon shift and she refuses to get involved
Actually give a damn about the people who work for it. Not just the ceos or higher ups, but the ones at the bottom. The ones working with the public and getting paid the least
Not letting other employees bully you
Managers need to show up to work to support staff and not just the day hours. Also make ALL people follow company rules as well as have ALL people be respectful to one another. Following seniority rules in scheduling as well. My store picks on people they don't like, and doesn't follow g.e.policies.

Review from Sales Dept
Have one-on-one interviews instead of group interviews.

Abusive management. Low morale. Make people feel like a team instead of punishing them for showing up
Tell others don't feel like they have to stay here. They can thrive elsewhere even though it is scary at first, but it starts with a first step. this is a revolving door. A company should treat you like they want you to stay there.
Better pay for people with more challenging jobs.
The company lies about low prices and excellent quality. The company nitpicks Curbside. Curbside should be rated on Product quality, Order Filled on time, and customer communication.
The price gouging is the main culprit.
