Energetic, smart, down to earth, & involved
At my plant I'm part of leadership but some above me needs improvement.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making aure their teams are adequately staffed to support the work and pay tbem what they are worth.
People breaks money points time
Everything. Firing people for horrible reasons.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They have always been fair.

Salary & benefits are great. Had short term disab when I was out on medical leave, which was really helpful.

We get to have venting sessions about how porly run our department and comoany is.
They are excited every day to come to work and do the best job they can do. It's because they know the company cares .

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have daily venting sessions about bow miserable we are
Un buen ambiente laboral y un excelente equipo
The people are great. I feel like I am given a lot of freedom and entrusted to do my job. Company operates responsibly, both with environment and community which is important to me.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
you need to give the spinning operators a designated time to take break and go to lunch. You also need to find people who are able to train new employees besides saying here, and they walk away to smoke or talk to other people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were nice and paid for it
