I think the workspace is a comfortable and and easy place to work in. I think the coworkers and even the bosses are all nice people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the work space are both great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought that it felt like there was no pressure. The boss was pretty laid back and made you feel comfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I just like being able to interact with them on a daily basis. I think for the most part we all get along great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they can be out of sync with us some of the time because they don't spend enough time on the floor. They are usually hidden away upstairs
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They amount they pay and the benefits they offer are actually one of the best in my town. They have a great 401k program great insurance and the pay is wonderful.
