They need to work on their foul language. They also need to do their jobs without expecting others to do it for them and stop expecting others to help them out so much.
Stick to their principles instead of doing the opposite.
Employee favortism is often seen and credit needs to be given to the employee for a successful accomplishment. Not to the supervisor.
GKN has a very bad system called the good ole boys. Care about the employees they give the company a lot of effort and we wait till the last of the week to tell them we are letting them go. GKN has and continues to be very profit and delivery driven, the company will overlook quality and safety

The company is talking the talk with key culture principles but simply not following through on any of them. Follow through!
There is no discussion with customers regarding dissatisfaction of work inviorment
listen to the employees, stop cutting the workforce, and hiring upper management. We have cut our workforce some much but continued filling/hiring regional spots
