- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Researched other companys for same position and most every company pays higher and these calls are B2B..no breaks between 120 calls a day.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Fire tree, fire the idiot above her, and start caring about staff
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Customers are mad that they cant reach a customer service rep, bc there calls are being disconnected by our system, and their address are being changed to a completly wrong addresses by someone in our company. The insureds have no idea about the address we are changing it to. Mgmt is aware.
