
$15/hr seems right for the job. Plus there’s a bonus program.
There’s nothing “wrong” with my coworkers. I just don’t jive with people there.
The company does focus on positive things but there are too many negatives that outweigh the positives. They need to actually help their employees instead of just telling them what to do and thinking that’s sufficient.
This is the worst thing about the job and makes it unworkable. Any time I need someone in management, there’s no one around. I’ve had to wait over an HOUR just for a simple answer to a question before with a customer on hold. Ridiculous.
