Not going to be distracted from the issue of how the SVP team is abusive by talking about benefits. Dealing with these people is starting to seriously negate any "benefit" I receive for working here.
Stop belittling people, stop the demeaning behavior and emails. Have the balls to admit a mistake and make an apology when warranted. And stop hiding behind crap like, "that is just how I am" or "he's passionate about his work, he doesn't really mean it."
