I love that I'm able to give myself a 4% raise simply by contributing to my 401K. I also really like the commuter checks, which encourage me to bike to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's relaxed enough that we can go out for beers and have a great time together, but it's also serious because we all know we must work hard to remain the leader in in-flight connectivity. It's a great combination of fun and business.
