Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees who have been with Gogo a long time are making less than new ones and leadership does little to catch them up. Disincentives the proven talent at the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and how hard leadership tries to keep the employee body content and feeling valued. Things are not perfect but there is a lot of effort to make working here great-that is appreciated.
