Gogo has come a long way since I have been with Aircell then Ggogo BA before CA sales. I have enjoyed working with Gogo BA side - but on the Network Engineering M Schnepf team LOOKING forward some changes with this team to make Gogo success and work together and brighter future some days.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The High Plan - the out of pocket per year is 7000.00 per year - this is so high.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team members are working and friendly, open to work with. But the external teams example Network Engineering (Schnepf) team and their NetSys team are extremely hard to work with. It is like their own Kingdom.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have opportunities to work on multiple projects and troubleshooting work on escalation to ensure Gogo customers issues get resolved ASAP to retain customer trust with Gogo vision. I love to help out with other team members to make Gogo success for the future and bring up great revenues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As leadership Gogo have divided into two main SVP are reporting to Serigo 1. M Syverson (which has been with BA leadership for many years) - great leader 2. M Schnepf which have been merged into BA from CA side - this is really the bottleneck to worked with Gogo BA to make success company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are two different culture at Gogo BA - SVP M Syverson - under M Schnepf as VP of Networking - this culture is not healthy for Gogo as a company. - SVP D Glenn - Operation goals - M. Rupter - as VP for Cellsites etc - very well structure as Gogo company and great managements with respectful.
