Our team is kind, funny and open minded.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I believe our DTO is the best benefit we receive.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love how clear it is that the leadership values our lives, not just our contributions to the company.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am most happy when I have a balance of feeling a little bit of pressure with things to do, but also not to the point of stress feeling like I won't be able to achieve it. I feel most happy when I interact with people regularly.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I think that having events like PI planning really help make the culture great by getting to see coworkers. Having more events like that or catered lunches would help bring more people into the office regularly. I also think for people to feel united and valued, giving more swag would help.
