I am most happy when I have a balance of feeling a little bit of pressure with things to do, but also not to the point of stress feeling like I won't be able to achieve it. I feel most happy when I interact with people regularly.
I think that having events like PI planning really help make the culture great by getting to see coworkers. Having more events like that or catered lunches would help bring more people into the office regularly. I also think for people to feel united and valued, giving more swag would help.
