Incredibly siloed and disjointed teams. Lack of communication across executives and VPs means that it's every department for themselves.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
"Fast paced" because of incompetent decisions, or lack of decisions. A toxic environment that won't be changed until the entire executive and senior management team is replaced.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is out of touch, plays favorites, and is it just for themselves. They need to focus on developing individuals rather than cutting heads and leaving remaining people to do all the work. It doesn't add up.
