I am working at the level of people above me and they even come to me for advice. I should be on their level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Gogo execs make a lot of very technical decisions and they do not have the technical knowledge to make those decisions independently. They need to determine tools which are appropriate to help them make the right decision. They seem to trust everyone outside the company, like sales representatives.
