The perks are really nice. Haircuts, manicures, and Pilates are free. Flue shots, vision checks, etc are all done at the office as well.

Higher wages and commissions for enrollments. This company is below industry standards for hourly wages. Give some paid time off for wellness breaks, like we had in the past. The health insurance benefits are horrible. Deductibles are ridiculous.

GoHealth has a habit of putting things on your W2 or 1099 form that doesn't belong on there. So at the end of the year, you end up paying taxes on money that GoHealth should be paying taxes on. So they slide the tax responsibility over to the agents, which I've reported to GoHealth numerous times.
