These are people who are driven to meet the company's metrics and standards and disregard the wellbeing of the employees who actually generate profits for the company. There is not much to like or dislike about the leadership team because I don't know much about them.

Finding better leadership for their commission department. Getting paid correctly is very important to most employees and independent contractors. So it only makes sense that if you want to be a reputable company, then you would start putting people in leadership positions who have integrity.
LISTEN to your agents, more round tables, don't burn them out during AEP.
Less micromanaging and reak knowledgeable coschings. Never learn anything
