Its hard for customers to stater their opinions because we are third party so they dont always know who they are talking to. I got tons of complaints on my line about people not even knowing they signed up for a plan. That's what you get with their pay structure here though. Laughable
Too much to list, The culture is very fake.
Hire honest and knowledgeable people to work in the commission department.
