My experience with this company started in July of 2021 and was a pleasure until January 2023. The division where I started was shut down at that time and I was transferred to another division. The new division has a hostile environment. All work and metrics. Your wellbeing is a non-factor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team members support one another for their accomplishments. We are virtual, so that makes it difficult to see and observe your coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most important thing about the culture and environment is the fact that I work from home and I have created a quiet and peaceful environment for myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher wages and commissions for enrollments. This company is below industry standards for hourly wages. Give some paid time off for wellness breaks, like we had in the past. The health insurance benefits are horrible. Deductibles are ridiculous.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
These are people who are driven to meet the company's metrics and standards and disregard the wellbeing of the employees who actually generate profits for the company. There is not much to like or dislike about the leadership team because I don't know much about them.
