Most of the team members support one another for their accomplishments. We are virtual, so that makes it difficult to see and observe your coworkers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is positive in my house. However, if you ask a question or call something out. They will say you are being negative. The truth....they think the truth is negative.
The most important thing about the culture and environment is the fact that I work from home and I have created a quiet and peaceful environment for myself.
