I love the opportunity to work in the hobby that I love. However, the company culture isn't the best. Some folks make many mistakes, create an uncomfortable environment, and miss deadlines and they only get a slap on the wrist. Meanwhile, others work in fear over small mistakes.

Hold every department equally accountable and focus on solutions not the problems.

Goldin is trying to do too much too fast and there is a culture of fear and chaos.

The scope of my role expanded vastly. Yet, my compensation stayed the same throughout my time at Goldin.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love their passion for the hobby and their tireless effort on helping one another. My coworkers appreciate and empathize with how much is on each other's plates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the culture at Goldin is that everyone understands how busy one another is and the challenges they face. This brings a level of empathy and caring that is exuded by most of the team. Not all, but most!
