Going to work under manned and having broken down equipment is extremely tiresome. You try explain this to staff and management only to be given catch words and buzz phrases. It's very frustrating. Safety is supposed to be paramount. However, it is second to production needs daily.

Corporate leadership is weak and divisive. Human Resources is reluctant to address workforce bullying by Senior Leaders in the manufacturing facilities. Safety is given lip service. Communication is inconsistent company wide. Transparency is not requested nor embraced with too many leaders.
