Mr. Jeffrey S. Gorman has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Gorman-Rupp Co. since May 1, 1998 and served as its Senior Vice President since 1996. Mr. Gorman served as of General Manager of the Mansfield Division of Gorman-Rupp Co. from 1989 to 2005. He served as Assistant General Manager of Gorman-Rupp Co. from 1986 to 1988; and its Corporate Secretary from 1982 to 1990. He has been a Director of Gorman Rupp Co since 1989.
