They are all very human and approachable. They're very dedicated to what they do and set the stage well for an enjoyable and exciting work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm satisfied with where I'm at currently. My only complaint is it doesn't seem like there is a ton of room for growth and an increase in salary.

For the most part, everyone is very driven to do more than just the daily routine. There is a lot of room for creative exploration to better the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
For one, what I do for Jive is something I also do for a hobby. It's fun doing something you enjoy and feel you're good at that's also making an impact for the company.
