What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very involved. They like to get to know people on a one-on-one basis, and they really care about their people. It's easy to buy into a company when you feel like they buy into you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Jive has a family culture. We all know our roles, but we are always willing and able to help out when needed. We celebrate wins together and support each other during the losses so we can bounce back.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the culture of Jive. My coworkers are great, my work is interesting and new every day, and the company is constantly winning. We have really carved out our spot in the industry and it's exciting to be a part of something so positive and successful.
