What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership works in an Agile fashion and coordinates well with other management as well as recognizing individual efforts.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with. Being involved in a measured role with people that are supporting and encouraging.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

LogMeIn has a great paternity structure as well as ample PTO. The overall benefits package is competitive and well defined.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People take time to get to know one another. Management cares about culture and focuses on ways to balance workload while also encouraging/assisting growth.

Engaging Fearlessly. No one gets shot down for putting a foot in and working through things even when the domain and terrain is uncertain.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team has a ton of freedom and flexibility to execute. We're given a budget to help achieve goals and not micromanaged to achieve them.

I think being tied to goals that are achievable as well as relevant. Understanding the influence we have on revenue, customer satisfaction, and overall success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefit packages are good. The company sponsored portion helps a ton. Bonus structures are fair and achievable. Love having 2 bonuses a year H1 and H2.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leadership team enables individuals to build strategy, optimize process, and build growth. The leadership team doesn't make all the decisions, they just make sure a decision is made.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I could tell when I first interviewed that this company was thinking about ways to use my talents to the best of their ability vs mold me to a specific role.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is a fine line between confident and cocky. My team has solid confidence but are willing to share learnings give insight and not be a knowledge hoarder. I can collaborate and coordinate effectively with my team without egos getting in the way.
