I love working at LogMeIn, I've been here for several years, seen a lot of change, but at it's core, it's still the same great place to work.

The exec team is very transparent, communicates with the company often and I feel know the best way forward for high growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like my family, and I get to work with a bunch of different teams, all of whom are great people and wonderful to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a ton of work perks like an in-house barista, basketball court, community lunches, etc which make it a fun and relaxed atmosphere to come to every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part is the bonuses and employee stock purchase plans. Also we have some of the best benefits - traditional and what I'd consider extra thing like discounts on pet insurance, financial planning tools, eye care reimbursements.
