My teammates support each other both professionally and personally. People are willing to pitch in where help is needed, even if it's outside of their normal responsibilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that the leadership team is approachable and they word hard to make themselves accessible to the business. They seem passionate about what we're doing which in turn makes me more excited about the direction of the company.
