I love collaborating with my teammates as we all bring unique perspectives and prior experiences to the table. I feel like I learn something new from them every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work-life-balance is always encouraged and in 2020 we introduced Company-wide "Self-Care" days which give us one additional day off per month where the entire Company is also off. This is great as you don't come back to work the next day feeling behind on work.
