They are transparent about the direction of the company and why they make the decisions they do. They show genuine care for their employees and have been extremely thoughtful in how we have transitioned and been supported in remote working.

Every day is both challenging and enjoyable. The work is interesting and varied and the people I interact with inspire me. I get to be involved in areas outside of my core role, like CSR activities and the Thrive program (employee engagement & experience)
