People genuinely care about each other and the company, but more importantly, the company allows people to engage in their personal passions around social responsibility. Giving back is a huge part of our culture.

Their transparency and open communication. No one gets to the C suite without self-confidence, which can be interpreted as ego, however, our leadership team has this without displaying any arrogance. They are part of the team. Not above the team.
