We work hard, play hard-balancing the stress of work with socializing with each other outside of the office to ensure we're recognizing one another as people and not just co-workers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental & Vision benefits included. I've noticed a trend in companies cutting back on coverage for these two things specifically, and I appreciate that my company still cares about our eyes and teeth! :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the open floor plan gives me the opportunity to collaborate freely with co-workers, and laptops empower me to get up and move about the lovely space we have if I need to get away for some quiet or more space to spread out on a project, etc.
