Its yearly. Some companies I've worked for dont give them at all.

People who are willing to help one another. Lots of knowlege and interesting workload.
What makes you most happy at work?
My workstation fits the needs of my job. I have lots of resources and I really love the work I do. It changes and pushes me to learn constantly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a resource of intelligent people. Management does not micromanage our team. We are encouraged to grow ourselves. However there are few benefits when we do grow at the moment.
