Employee friendly environment , there are here and there some issue with local management but its fine

I think at my experience i should be paid at par with other with same expertise out in market
What makes you most happy at work?
work, environment, coworkers , but there are very few means of entertaining like sports stuff. People have to wait for so long in order to play on TT table and foose ball. We should have a bigger place for it.
