Having been the company now for almost 5 years, I've never seriously thought about leaving. Everyone is so friendly and always looking to assist. If given the opportunity, I'd stay with this LogMeIn for the rest of my career.

We work hard, but genuinely encourage folks to take time off. We work to live, not live to work.

I consider all of my co-workers friends. I see them more than I see my wife during the week, so it's nice being able to have numerous sorts of conversations with them that does not involve work.
