I feel incredibly fulfilled at my job. Covid has been tough, but LMI has done a fantastic job and really helped us adjust to WFH. It was utterly seamless. I feel blessed to work for a company that cares so much about its employees.

I find them to be transparent and extremely empathetic

I feel like people are very supported and cared about. Both personally and in their careers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know my manager really appreciates and values me as a person and an employee, but I have open discussions with my counterparts in other companies and they are paid more than I am.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help each other - it truly feels like a team. Covid has been especially tough on everyone and I really feel like we were in this together. I also love that I get to work with extremely smart people who have a sense of humility and make me laugh. That's a win!
