Having new projects to work on and seeing the impact of the ones that are complete.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team are energetic and always willing to help each others out. Plus you can just have the chat with them which is great too, particularly as we are all WFH.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fully transparent and really do care about all employees, not just by saying it, but by doing. We have "self care days" each month..... no where else I know does that, for example.
