What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company culture is good in general. I like working with smart people around me. People have plan forward and most of all are very focused on what they do.

The open floor plan at work is really helping all levels of workers interact with each and, making them involved in the decision-making process. Creating more buy-in and shared responsibility.
